Pretium Packaging partnered with Gettle to provide installation of new primary service and manufacturing equipment as well as secondary distribution to blowmold and auxiliary equipment.
Gettle’s knowledge and experience of manufacturing related to food storage containers was an asset to the project’s success. Providing the customer with an installation while keeping in the guidelines of the food and drug requirements proved helpful to both Gettle and the Pretium Packaging by allowing for a fast-paced installation while adhering to the customer’s health and safety requirements.
Gettle used the customer’s equipment specification as a base to design and budget the installation from the 13,200 voltage supplied from the power company down to the final connection to the equipment.
Gettle offered the customer the convenience of one source of installation for both the medium voltage service and all the equipment connections as well as power and lighting for the new equipment space.
This project contained a very tight timeline due to the equipment being relocated from one plant to another. Gettle was able to design and install all necessary electrical components in preparation of the equipment relocation, allowing for quicker installation and start-up time.
